How To Make Spinach, Mushroom and Carmelized Onion Frittata

Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 1 (thinly sliced)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
Mushrooms 8 Ounce (sliced)
Fresh spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs) (chopped)
Eggs 6
Kosher salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground black pepper 1 Pinch



1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium sized oven proof skillet over medium high heat.

2. Add onion and sautée until caramelized and tender – approximately 15 minutes (this can be done in advance)


3. Add garlic, Asian mushrooms, and spinach.

4. Sautee for 5 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.

5. Beat eggs, salt, & pepper together.

6. Pour over mixture in skillet, stirring to combine.

7. Cook eggs for about 4 minutes, eggs will be almost but not quite set still moist on top.

8. Broil 6" from heat for 3-4 minutes or until eggs are set and top is lightly browned.


9. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
