Zucchini Quiche

Ingredients

Eggs 4 Medium , beaten
Zucchini 3 Cup (48 tbs) , sliced
Onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped
Cheddar cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , grated
Bisquick 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic cloves 2 Small , minced
Salt and pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING

2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.

3. In a greased 13 x 9- inch baking dish, transfer the quiche mixture.

4. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, until mixture is browned.

5. Remove the baking dish from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes.

SERVING

6. Cut the quiche in wedges and serve hot with side salad if desired.
