Stemilt Cherry Fruit Punch

Nothing beats a fresh seasonal fruit punch and this recipe is a favorite in our home all summer long. Bursting with flavor fresh Stemilt sweet cherries and crisp granny smith apples and tangy lemonade, it is like drinking summer in a glass.

Ingredients

Vanilla pod 1
Fresh stemilt cherries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Lemon slices 1 , slice
Sparkling water 8 Ounce
Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Granny smith apple 1
Frozen stemilt cherries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , frozen (freshly frozen Stemilt cherries as ice cubes)
Lemon juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

1. The night before, add the freshly pitted cherries to a jar with a single vanilla pod, ½ cup of sugar and water. Allow them to sit overnight to infuse the cherries.

2. To begin making the punch, drain the infused cherries and add them to a food processor, and blitz them until they are finely chopped.

3. Add the chopped cherries, remaining sugar, lemon slices, lemon juice, sliced apples, freshly frozen cherries and sparkling water to a tall pitcher.

4. Stir the ingredients well and serve immediately.
