Mother's Day Special Apricot Pineapple Punch

Nothing quells your parched throat like a pitcher of cool, refreshing punch, tantalizing enough to satiate your soul. This warm-weather favorite makes for a great party addition. Betty shows how to stir up this perfect thirst quencher that is alcohol-free and makes for a great summer drink too.

Ingredients

Apricot nectar 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chilled
Pineapple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chilled
Juice of lemon 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Ginger ale 12 Ounce , chilled

Directions

In a pitcher or punch bowl, stir together 2 cups apricot nectar, 2 cups pineapple juice, 1/3 cup lemon juice, and 12 ounces ginger ale. Cover with plastic wrap until ready to serve. Serve over ice cubes. This recipe may be doubled or quadrupled, depending on the amount of punch you need. This recipe makes 6 cups. It would be a great accompaniment to a Mother's Day brunch—delicious! --Betty
