Strawberry Cream Cheese Puffs

The perfect dessert that makes any occasion special.


Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) , dice
Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
Softened cream cheese 3 Ounce
Icing sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon
Frozen puff pastry 350 Gram , thawed (1 packet)
Water 1 Teaspoon
Egg yolk 1
For sprinkling
Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
Icing sugar 1 Teaspoon



1. In a mixing bowl, add diced strawberries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Set it aside.

3. Roll pastry sheet into 10-inch square and with a cutter cut out 8 rounds of 4-inch in diameter.

4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and lay round pastry sheets on it.

5. In a small bowl, combine egg yolk, and water. Beat well.

6. Brush pastry edges with egg wash.

7. Place a dollop of cream cheese, and strawberry mixture on each pastry.

8. Fold pastry sheet to cover the filling, and pinch to seal edges as shown in the video.

9. Brush with egg wash, and sprinkle sugar on top. Cut vent holes for steam to escape.

10. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.


11. Place baking sheet in oven, and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.


12. Dust with sugar and serve strawberry cream cheese puffs immediately.
