Simple Puff Shells

Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
All purpose flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Eggs 2



1) Preheat the oven to 450° F before baking.


2) In a saucepan, mix water, butter, and salt and bring to a boil.

3) Mix in flour all at once and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture gets released from the sides of pan.

4) Remove this from heat and add in one egg at a time, whipping thoroughly after each addition.

5) On greased cookie sheet, drop the mixture in 6 mounds and bake for 15 minutes.

6) Reduce the temperature to 375°F and again bake for 20 minutes.


7) Use as required.
