Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Brick cheese | 4 Ounce , cut up | |
Cream cheese | 6 Ounce , cut up | |
Diced fully cooked ham | 5 Ounce (About 1 Cup) | |

Preheat oven to 375°.
Meanwhile, in blender container mix eggs, milk, mustard, and pepper.
Cover; blend till smooth.
With blender running, add cheeses through opening in lid or with lid ajar.
Blend till nearly smooth.
Stir in ham and parsley.
Pour into four un-greased 1-cup souffle dishes.
Bake in 375° oven 25 to 30 minutes or till set.
