Best blue cheese puffs to snack on.

Ingredients

Flour 1 Tablespoon ((For dusting))
Puff pastry 500 Gram , thawed ((1 Pkg (2 sheets)))
Blue cheese 300 Gram
Egg 1 , beaten
Parmesan 100 Gram , freshly grated

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F or 200 degree C.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.

MAKING

3. Into a bowl, place the blue cheese and crumble with fork.

4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pastry to two 10x10- inch squares and then use a floured, 2½-inch round cutter to cut 16 rounds out of each dough square.

5. Arrange the dough rounds on parchment lined baking sheet, about 1-inch apart.

6. Brush each round with egg wash and divide the filling evenly between rounds. Fold the rounds in half over the filling and seal the edges well with your fingers. Seal again with the tines of a fork and make little holes on top for steam to escape.

7. Brush the outside with the egg wash and sprinkle cheese on top.

8. Pop in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden-brown all over.

SERVING

9. Serve and enjoy!
