Bread Pudding is made all over the world. With 2 special ingredients, I transform this into something spectacular and sophisticated.

Day old bread | 6 , crumbled | |

Vanilla essence | 1 Tablespoon | |
Raw pistachio | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((unsalted)) | |
Orange rind | 1 Tablespoon | |
Orange | 1/2 , juiced | |
Creme fraiche | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Chopped pistachio | 1 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY
1. Take a dish meant for baking the bread pudding and put sugar (1/4 cup) in it. Place it in the microwave for 45 to 60 minutes to caramelize it. It will form a caramel layer at the bottom of the dish.
MAKING
2. In a bowl put the bread mix. Add milk and let it soak right in. To this add beaten eggs, sugar(1 cup) and vanilla essence. Mix it well and let it sit for half an hour.
3. Add raw pistachio and orange rind to this mix.
4. Pour this mix into the oven dish over the caramel layer.
5. Place the dish into a preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
SERVING
6. Squeeze some orange juice straight over the baked pudding while its still hot.
7. Cool and cut it in pieces. Serve with creme fraiche sprinkled with chopped pistachios.
