Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
Cornstarch | 1/8 Cup (2 tbs) | |
Unsweetened baking chocolate | 1 Ounce (square) | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Milk | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Semisweet chocolate chips | 4 Ounce | |
Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon |
GETTING READY
1. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
2. Pour milk and mix until sugar dissolves.
MAKING
3. Place the pan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat, stir constantly and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
6. Drop unsweetened chocolate, semisweet chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla in pan. Stir until chocolate melts.
7. Into a serving bowl, transfer the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming on the top. Let it cool at room temperature for an hour.
8. Pop it in refrigerator until ready to serve.
SERVING
9. Serve dark chocolate pudding chilled.
TIPS
You can substitute milk with a cup of milk and a cup of cream.
Instead of dark chocolate you can use milk chocolate chips.
