Ginger Puddings

Ingredients

Self raising flour 3 Ounce (80 g)
Ginger 1 Teaspoon , ground
Cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon , ground
Baking powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Soda bicarbonate 1/4 Teaspoon
Soft brown sugar 1 1/2 Ounce (40 g)
Egg 1 , beaten
Corn oil 8 Teaspoon
Golden syrup 2 Teaspoon
Low fat cooking spray 1

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5/190°C/fan oven 170°C.

2. Spray low fat cooking oil on the pudding basins.

3. In a bowl sift all the dry ingredients. Do not add brown sugar at this stage.

4. In another bowl sift brown sugar. Add with other ingredients.

5. Pour the mixture in the pudding basins and then on baking tray.

6. Bake for 30 minutes. Check if firm.

7. Cool for 5 minutes.

FINALIZING

9. Loosen with knives and place on serving plates.

SERVING

10. Serve ginger pudding as dessert.
