Ingredients

Brown rice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Formula, Breast Milk, Or Water Before Age 1)
Egg yolk/Whole egg after age 1 1
Vanilla extract 1/4 Teaspoon
Blackstrap molasses 1 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1.Rinse brown rice.

MAKING

2.In a saucepan, put rice, milk, egg yolk, vanilla extract and molasses.

3.Cook the mixture until boiling.

4.Once done, allow it to simmer for 1 hour.

5.Blend the mixture in baby food grinder.

SERVING

6.Serve in a bowl.
