No Egg Rice Pudding

Ingredients

Raw converted rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Milk 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Granulated sugar 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Golden seedless raisins 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon rind 1/2 , slivered
Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon
Heavy cream/Half and half 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chilled

Directions

MAKING

1) In the slow cooker, place all the ingredients. Stir once.

2) Cover the cooker and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.

SERVING

3) Transfer the pudding to a decorative serving bowl.
