Chocolate and Orange Bread Pudding

Orange juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Egg yolk 1
Honey 1 Teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Orange zest 1 Tablespoon , finely grated
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Teaspoon
Egg whites 3 , beaten until peaks form
Vegetable oil cooking spray 1
Oatmeal bread slice 4 , crusts removed, then cubed



1. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, egg yolk, honey, vanilla extract and orange zest.

2. Through a sieve, sieve cocoa and fold into the egg yolk mix. Also fold in the egg white beaten till peaks form into the egg yolk mix.


3. Spray oil on a 1-quart casserole and add bread cubes, pour in the egg mixture, and allow to rest.

4. In a preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees centigrade for about 40 minutes, until golden brown.


5. Serve hot.
