Breakfast Bread Pudding with Berry Sauce

Ingredients

Cinnamon raisin bread slice 8 , cubed
Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Egg beaters 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Ground nutmeg 1/2 Teaspoon
Maple flavored syrup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Margarine 2 Tablespoon (Fleischmann's)
Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) , sliced
Blueberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Take a 8 greased heatproof (6-ounce) custard cups or ramekins and evenly divide bread cubes in them.

2) In medium bowl, mix together milk, Egg Beaters, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.

3) Evenly ladle mixture all-over bread cubes.

MAKING

8) Arrange cups in roasting pan filled with 1 -inch depth hot water.

9) Bake at 325°F for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm and set.

10) Allow to stand for 5 minutes.

11) In small saucepan, melt syrup and margarine until well folded.

12) Fold in fruit, lemon juice and peel and heat through.

SERVING

13) Onto individual serving plates,unmold the puddings and serve with berry sauce.
