Festive Fruit Pudding

Ground raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped dried figs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped sun dried dates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dried fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped (Apricots, Pears, Prunes)
Granular honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Concentrated fruit juice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Orange Juice)
Sunflower seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Grease a bread pan or a ring mold with oil or unsalted butter.


2. Use a large clean glass bowl.

3. In the bowl, mix together all chopped dried fruit.

4. Pour in the honey and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula.

5. Gently stir in the bread crumbs.

6. Add the fruit juice and sunflower seed.

7. Transfer the mixture into the greased pan or mold.

8. Using the back of the spoon or a spatula evenly spread the mixture and press down slightly.


9. Cover the tin with a clear-wrap and place in the refrigerator allowing the flavors to ripen for several days.


10. To serve, turn the tin on a platter and tap sharply to release the pudding.

11. Slice and serve with whipped and sweetened cottage cheese or yogurt.
