If you need a breakfast on the go that actually tastes more like dessert, is creamy and incredibly satisfying, reach for this Coconut Chia Breakfast Pudding. Youll be happy you did!


Chia seeds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Canned coconut milk 15 Ounce (1 can, 2 cups)
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Toppings 1 Cup (16 tbs) (mango with shredded coconut, strawberries with kiwi, chocolate chips



In a bowl/measuring jar, combine coconut milk, chia seeds, honey and whisk well.

Divide between 4 jars and refrigerate overnight.

Top with desired toppings.
