Eggnog Bread Pudding

Eggnog and bread pudding were made for each other!!! Today I'm combining the two for a cozy holiday dessert that's great for Christmas time or a snowy day.


Eggs 4 Large
Eggnog 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Ground cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/2 Teaspoon , freshly ground
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Challah bread cubes 7 Cup (112 tbs) ((one day old))



1. Preheat oven to 350F.


2. In a large bowl, whisk to combine the eggs, eggnog, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and sugar.

3. Toss with the challah, then let sit for 30 minutes to soak.

4. Place the bread pudding into individual dishes or one 8x8 pan, then bake for about 40 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.


5. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
