Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (cows, almond, or rice)
Honey/Maple syrup /agave 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Chia seeds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tablespoon



In a blender, combine almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, chia seeds, cocoa powder and ground for 2 minutes.

Pour into 4 serving bowls and refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight.
