Persimmon Dairy-Free Pudding

This vegan pudding is made with a persimmon base, healthy fats from Udo's oil, and even protein powder could be added to make it a perfectly balanced dessert!

Ingredients

Persimmons 2 Large
Udo's oil 1 Tablespoon
Balsamic reduction 1 Tablespoon
Cinnamon powder 1 Teaspoon
Ground sea salt 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

In a blender, combine persimmons, udo’s oil, balsamic reduction, cinnamon powder, sea salt and blend well in batter cycle.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
