|Self raising flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) , sifted|
|Fresh white breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared suet mix||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (about 90g)|
|Castor sugar||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sultanas||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) ((Raisins))|
|Dried citrus peel||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Demerara sugar||1 Tablespoon (to garnish)|
|Custard||4 (to serve)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon (For greasing)|
Grease pudding bowl/ ramekins with butter.
In a large bowl, combine flour, bread crumbs, suet mix, castor sugar, sultanas, mixed dried citrus peel and mix well to combine.
Divide the mixture between pudding bowls and cover with baking paper. Wrap entire bowl using aluminum foil.
Place into a large saucepan with water and bring to boil.
Reduce temperature, cover with lid and cook for 1 hpur.
Once done, allow to cool completely.
Sprinkle demerara sugar over top, serve with custard and enjoy!
