Egg Free Vanilla Custard Pudding

One of your favorite dessert, which you can make without eggs.


Custard powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Half and half 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla bean paste 1/4 Teaspoon (Optional)
Corn starch 1 Tablespoon



In a thick-bottomed pan, add in custard powder and sugar and mix.

Pour a little amount of half and half and mix well to make lump free paste.

Now, add in remaining half and half and mix thoroughly.

Place the mixture to medium high heat and bring to a boil, while stirring continuously.

Add in the butter and vanilla bean paste. Mix well.

Turn off the stove and let it cool completely. After that place in the refrigerator to set.


Serve with some fresh fruits.
