Ingredients

Ripe cantaloupes 3 , cut into 8 wedges and rind removed
Prosciutto 3/4 Pound , shaved

Directions

MAKING

1) Wrap the prosciutto around each cantaloupe wedge

2) Secure with a toothpick to hold together

SERVING

3) Arrange on a platter and serve
