Melon with Proscuitto

Ok this is about the easiest hors doeuvre you can possible make!!!!!

Ingredients

Cantaloupe 1/2 , peeled and cut in strips
Prosciutto 5
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Stack the prosciutto slices, one above other.

2. Using a sharp knife, cut the prosciutto slices in half lengthwise.

MAKING

3. Wrap a melon wedge with a prosciutto slice.

4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

SERVING

5. Serve as desired.
