This praline is decadence at it's best - nuts like Pistachios, Cashews, Peanuts Almonds are encased in a buttery praline. This is highly customizable, you can add Pecans and cranberries at Christmas time, or Pumpin seeds and Walnuts in fall. Perfect to top desserts or make as gifts.
Salted butter | 1 Ounce | |
Sugar | 3 1/2 Ounce | |
Pistachios | 1/2 Ounce | |
Cashews | 1/2 Ounce | |
Peanuts | 1/2 Ounce | |
Almonds | 1/2 Ounce |
MAKING:
In a saucepan, melt butter and add sugar.
When sugar dissolves add all the nuts.
Stir continuously and pour onto silicone mat.
Wait until set and cut as desired.
