Turkey Stuffing

Super easy and delicious stuffing recipe!

Ingredients

Onion 2 Large , finely chopped
Celery sticks 3 , chopped finely
Breakfast sausage 1 Pound , cut into 1/2
No salt seasoning 2 Tablespoon
Hungarian paprika 1 Tablespoon
Cayenne pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 2 Teaspoon
Stale white bread 1 Pound , cut into 1
Turkey stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Eggs 5
Oil 2 Tablespoon (as required)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a large skillet, heat oil, drop celery and chopped onions in it. Sauté for 10 minutes or until they are caramelized and fragrant.

2. Transfer half of the caramelized onion mixture onto a plate to put in slow cooker turkey.

3. Drop sausage in skillet, and cook for 10 minutes or until caramelized.

4. Add no salt seasoning, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Mix it with oil.

5. Season with salt and black pepper.

6. Throw bread and mix it well.

7. In an oven safe dish, transfer the bread mixture. Spread it evenly.

8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap, and pop it in refrigerator until thanksgiving day.

9. An hour before serving, in a bowl, mix turkey juice, and eggs. Drop one egg at a time, and whisk after each addition.

10. Pour egg mixture over bread in oven safe dish.

11. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

MAKING

12. Place the dish in oven and let bake for 45-50 minutes.

SERVING

13. Serve stuffing with slow cooked turkey.

TIPS

If the bread is not stale enough, then pop it in oven for 5-7 minutes.

Add more turkey stock if the bread looks too dry.
