Thanksgiving Leftovers Idea: Crispy Mashed Potato Mounds

Wondering what to do with your leftover mashed potatoes from Thanksgiving? Turn them into these Crispy Mashed Potato Mounds. They're kind of like baked tater tots. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Leftover mashed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

MAKING

2. Either fill the left over mashed potato into a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe it into whirls on a baking sheet OR Using ice cream scoop put small portions of mashed potato on the baking sheet and using a fork make ridges on it.

3. Bake for around 30 minutes or till it begins to turn golden brown on top. Remove from oven and transfer onto plates.

SERVING

4. Serve the mashed potato mounds warm with any dip of choice or in salads or as appetizers with toppings.
