Make this vegan Whipped Coconut Sweet Potatoes side dish for your Thanksgiving feast!


Baked sweet potatoes 2 Large , peeled
Light coconut milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , warmed
Ground cinnamon/Pumpkin spice 1/4 Teaspoon
Maple syrup 1 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 1 Pinch



1. In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients and whip with a hand mixer.


2. Serve along with some gnocchi.
