Truffle Oil, Garlic & Parmesan Cheese Oven Roasted Fries

Here I go again making you step out of your comfort zone. Ready to try something new? Try my white truffle, garlic and parmesan cheese oven roasted french fries. Trust me, you're going to want to try more dishes that include truffle oils and butter.


Russet potatoes 5 Large , wedged
Vegetable oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
All purpose seasoning To Taste (Grand Diamond)
Kosher salt To Taste
Black pepper To Taste
White truffle oil To Taste
Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm) , mince
Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , grated
Fresh italian parsley 3 Tablespoon , chop



1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

2. Prepare a parchment paper lined baking tray.


3. In a bowl place the potatoes and coat it with vegetable oil.

4. Add the grand diamond seasoning, salt and pepper, season the potatoes well.

5. On a baking tray place the potatoes wedges skin side down.

6. Roast for 25-30 minutes.

7. In a bowl pour the truffle oil on the sides of the bowl, place the roasted potatoes in it, give it a good toss.

8. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, Italian parsley and garlic.


9. Serve with burgers if you like.
