You can make a baked potato like the Outback Steakhouse. It is not a mystery on how to get the lovely salt crust on the outside of your baked potato any longer. All you need is baked potatoes, vegetable oil, and some kosher salt. I'll show you how to make this restaurant favorite at home.

Russet potato 1 Pound
Kosher salt 2 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Butter 4 Tablespoon
Sour cream 4 Tablespoon

1. Wash your potatoes well.

2. Rub the outside of the potatoes with vegetable oil.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

4. On a baking sheet, place the potatoes.

5. Salt them well so that it forms a crust on top.

6. Place them in the oven and bake for an hour.

7. Take them out and slit open the middle.

8. Press from both the ends to further open it up. Take care to not burn your hands.

9. Top with scoops of butter and dollops of sour cream.

10. Garnish with chopped chives and serve right away.
