Spinach Smashed Potatoes

Finishing touches to our meal with Asian Pork Chops. So easy to make your meals and many of our recipes are make ahead perfect for the freezer. Tips and trticks of making cooking fun and not complicated.


Potato 6 Medium , cooked, warm
Cream cheese 1 Tablespoon
Garlic salt 1 Dash (as needed, to taste)
Spinach 5 Ounce , frozen, drained
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon (as needed)



1) Into a bag holder with a zip/seal-able bag, add the potatoes, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, butter and spinach together.

2) Seal the bag and mix up the ingredients thoroughly for about 1 to 2 minutes until well blended.

3) In a pan, transfer the mashed potato-spinach mixture and place over a low heat until the butter is melted and the spinach is thoroughly heated.


4) Serve the Spinach Smashed Potatoes with Asian Pork Chops or as desired.
