Potato Tugs

Potatoes 4 Large , scrubbed
Sole fillets 8
Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Processed cheese slice 8
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



1) Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C), Gas Mark 7.

2) Use a fork, to prick the potatoes.

3) Brush melted fat on the potatoes.


4) Place the potatoes inside oven to bake for 15 minutes.

5) Cut the baked potatoes in half along the length.

6) Scoop out the pulp from the center.

7) In a bowl, beat the potato pulp with butter and seasoning.

8) Spoon the mixture into the potato shells.

9) Place one fillet of sole on top of each potato halves. Cover with a cheese slice.

10) Place inside oven to grill or bake until the cheese melts.


11) Serve the potato tugs hot.
