Braised Potatoes

Potatoes 1 Pound , peeled and sliced
Onion 1 , thinly sliced
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Chicken stock 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste


In 10-inch (25 cm) pie plate, combine potatoes and onion.

Dot with butter and pour chicken stock over.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave at High for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring halfway through.

Set aside until just before serving.

To reheat, cover and microwave at High for 2 minutes or until heated through.
