Creamy Dreamy Mashed Potatoes

Diced potatoes 24 Ounce (Hash Brown Or Golden)
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Heavy cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)


1. Place potatoes in a medium saucepan with cold water to cover. Bring to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and return to saucepan.

2. Mash potatoes with a masher until finely crumbled. Add butter and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Add cream gradually, beating with a wooden spoon until fluffy and smooth. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
