How to Make Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes with Cream Cheese

Mashed Potatoes, this is how we do it. Here's a great mashed potato recipe that will have your guest's mouth's watering and wanting to go back for seconds. We take mashed potatoes to the max by adding cream cheese, butter and half and half. Who said mashed potatoes needed to be healthy?


Yukon potatoes 2 1/2 Pound , peeled and cubed
Cream cheese 6 Ounce
Butter 4 Tablespoon
Half and half 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt and pepper 1 Pinch



In a large vessel, add in the potatoes and cover with water. Place the lid and bring to a boil; after that simmer for 15 min until fork tender.

 Drain the potatoes and using a ricer mash the potato.

Add in all the remaining ingredients and mix well.



Serve with some grilled chicken.
