How to Make Fried Potatoes and Onions

Fried potatoes and onions are a great dish to make. They are very simple, and they taste incredible. You can enjoy these for breakfast or even dinner.
This recipe is very simple you will need potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, and some cooking oil. When you slice the potatoes nice and thin they turn into crispy wonderful potatoes. Don't miss out on this delicious side dish.


Potato 1 Pound , peeled and sliced
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Sweet onion 1/2 Small , sliced
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon



Heat a skillet and add in the oil.

Place the onion and potatoes in layers and season with salt and pepper. Cook until done.



Serve with some salad.
