Roasted Red Potatoes

You can make roasted red potatoes. It is easy to prepare these potatoes. You only need potatoes, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to make this amazing side dish.


Red potatoes 1 Pound , sliced
Canola oil 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon



Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.



In a plastic container, add in the red potatoes and season with canola oil and salt. Toss well and lay down on a baking sheet.

Roast in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until done.



Serve with garlic bread.
