Betty demonstrates how to make Buttery Dill Potato Cubes for Christmas dinner. This is an elegant and tasty recipe for those who like to serve potatoes a different way at a holiday meal.

Ingredients

Russet potatoes 5 Medium , peeled, cut into 1
Melted butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Freshly ground sea salt To Taste
Freshly ground black peppercorns To Taste
Chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon

Directions

Making

In a pot, place uncooked potato cubes and cover with water about 1/2-inch above potatoes. 

Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and cook until fork-tender, about 18 minutes. 

Remove from heat. Drain potatoes through a colander and return to pot. 

Drizzle butter over top. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

Sprinkle chopped fresh dill over top. 

Toss lightly, without disturbing the shape of the cubes. 

Serving

Pour into nice serving dish and serve while hot.
