Smoked Paprika Roasted Baby Red Potatoes

Lynn demonstrates a delicious way to roast potatoes. This is super easy and the smoked paprika adds a great flavor. Serve as a side dish to any dinner.

Ingredients

Baby red potatoes 2 Pound , scrubbed and cubed
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Granulated garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Smoked paprika 2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTNG READY

Preheat the oven to 400. Line a cookie sheet with sides with non-stick aluminum foil and set aside.

MAKING

In a Ziploc bag, place the potatoes and add in all the remaining ingredients and shake well to coat the potatoes evenly.

Take out the potatoes into the prepared baking dish. Roast for about 45 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and crisp on the outside.

SERVING

Serve the potatoes with some grilled chicken.
