Gary House prepares Grilled Breakfast Potatoes using the Island Grillstone. Simple ingredients, easy techniques and the perfect grilling surface all come together to create delicious breakfast potatoes on the grill.
Potato | 2 Pound , cut up (red yellow and purple) | |
Yellow onion | 1 , quartered | |
Red bell pepper | 1 , quartered, seeded | |
Yellow bell pepper | 1 , quartered, seeded | |
Kosher salt | To Taste | |
Coarse ground black pepper | To Taste | |
Pico de gallo powder | To Taste | |
Grape seed oil | 2 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat grillstome for about 20 minutes.
MAKING
2. Drizzle the grillstone with grapeseed oil. Add in the pepper and onion, toss to mix. Add potato, toss again.
3. Season with salt, pepper and pica de gallo, cook tossing for about 10 minutes. Cover and cook for few minutes. Uncover and cook to get nice browning.
SERVING
4. Serving with toasts and egg.
