|Low fat butter||2 Teaspoon|
|Broken wheat||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , washed and drained|
|Quick cooking rolled oats||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low fat milk||2 Cup (32 tbs) (99.7% fat|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Cinnamon powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Sliced banana||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cubed apple||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (unpeeled)|
1. In pressure cooker, heat butter, add broken wheat and sauté over low flame for a minute. Add oats and sauté for another 2 minutes.
2. Add milk and 1 cup of water, mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
3. Once the steam escapes add sugar and cinnamon powder, mix well and let cool slightly.Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4. Just before serving, add the banana and apples. Mix well.
5. Serve immediately.
