Porridge in the Microwave

Ingredients

Water 1 Pint
Porridge oats 4 Ounce
Salt 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1) In a deep microwavable container, place together water, porridge and salt.

2) Put the lid on and cook for 7 minutes, stirring at least three times while cooking.

3) Stir in with milk or sugar or honey or salt, if desired.

4) Put the lid on and cook for 2 minutes.

5) Stir the porridge well.

6) Leave to stand 1 minute before serving.

SERVING

7) Serve as desired.
