Boiled Pigs Feet

Ingredients

Pigs feet 6
Salt 1 1/2 Tablespoon

Directions

Scrape feet, wash thoroughly and tie each separately in a piece of cheesecloth.

Cover with boiling water and add salt.

Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 6 hours.

Cool in the water.

When cold, drain, but do not remove cloth.

Chill.

Use for broiling, frying or pickling.
