Orange peel | 1/2 Teaspoon , grated | |
Orange | 2 , peeled, sectioned, cut into 1/2 | |
Red bell pepper | 2 Tablespoon , chopped | |
Fresh cilantro | 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped | |
Red onion | 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped | |
Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Mandarin orange stir | fry sauce | |
Boneless pork chops | 1 1/4 Pound (4) |
GETTING READY
1. For citrus relish, in a medium sized bowl, combine orange segments, cilantro, onion, bell pepper, orange peel, and ground ginger.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of stir fry sauce and mix well. Cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
MAKING
3. Place a grilling pan on medium flame, and grill pork chops in it for 5-7 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
4. Baste it with the remaining mandarin orange stir-fry sauce.
SERVING
5. Serve pork chops hot with citrus relish.
