Betty's Versatile Pork Chop Bites

Loin boneless pork chops 1 Pound
Peanut oil 1/2 Tablespoon
Butter 1/2 Tablespoon
Sea salt To Taste
Ground black peppercorn To Taste
For garnish
Fresh chives 2 Teaspoon , finely chopped
For serving
Spicy peanut dipping sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Honey mustard sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Take leftover spicy peanut dipping sauce from refrigerator, and put it in a saucepan.

2. Place pan on low heat, and bring it to a boil. Pour it into a small bowl, and let it cool to serve with pork.

3. Remove excess fat from pork chops, and cut them into ¾-inch cubes.

4. Season them with salt and black peppercorns.


5. Place a 12-inch skillet on oven, heat peanut oil, and butter in it.

6. With the help of tong, drop pork pieces in hot oil. Place them in single layer.

7. Shallow fry pork in oil and butter mixture until cooked halfway through, and browned on the bottom. Flip and cook for about 8 minutes or until done.

8. Remove from skillet, and place pork pieces on paper towel to drain.


9. Place it on serving platter, and sprinkle chives on it.


10. Serve pork chops with spicy peanut dipping sauce or honey mustard sauce, and a cup of green tea.


You may also marinate pork before cooking.
