This Lemon Garlic Pork Chop recipe is easily at home cooked on a countertop grill, or out on the BBQ!
Pork loin | 2 Pound , chop into 1/2 | |
Shallot | 1 , mince | |
Dijon mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Roasted garlic oil | 1 Tablespoon , paste | |
Lemon zest | 1 Tablespoon (zest of 1 lemon) | |
Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon (juice of 1 lemon) | |
Black pepper | 1 Tablespoon , grounded fresh |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat grill to 400 degree.
MAKING
2. In a resealable packet, combine shallot, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, garlic paste, lemon zest, lemon juice and black pepper. Mix it well.
3. Put pork piece in packet. Seal and toss to coat well.
4. Place marinated pork in refrigerator for 4-12 hours.
5. Take the pork out of the packet, and place it on grill. Cover it with lid, and cook for 6-7 minutes.
SERVING
6. Serve pork chop hot with bread or rice.
