|Canned unsweetened sliced pineapple||15 Ounce , undrained (1 Can)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm) , minced|
|Minced fresh ginger root||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Pork tenderloins||1 1/2 Pound (2 In Number, 3/4 Pound Each)|
|Vegetable cooking spray||5 (Use As Required)|
1)Drain pineapple by reserving its juice.
2)Combine reserved juice of pineapple with cloves garlic, gingerroot, soy sauce, dry mustard and keep it aside.
3)Remove excess fat from tenderloins and place it on a large shallow baking dish.
4)Pour marinade over tenderloins.
5)Cover and marinate the mixture for 24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
6) Remove tenderloins from marinade and grill over medium coals 50 to 55 minutes, turning tenderloins occasionally.
7)Grill pineapple slices for five minutes till it becomes brown in color.
8) Slice tenderloin, and serve with pineapple slices.
To check if meat is cooked or not ,just insert thermometer in thickest part of tenderloin,it should register 170°.
