Party Crown Pork Roast

16 chop pork crown roast 1
Ground pork 1 Pound
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Ground cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground cardamom 1/4 Teaspoon
Ground all spice 1/8 Teaspoon
Ready mix bread stuffing 8 Ounce (1 pack)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Canned sliced apples 1 , coarsely chopped
Frozen concentrated orange juice 2 Tablespoon
Honey 2 Tablespoon



1) Into a shallow baking pan, place the roast with the rib ends facing up

2) Using the hands shape the ground pork into a patty

3) Into a frying pan, fry the patty for 5 minutes on each side

4) Break the patty into large chunks

5) Into the frying pan, add in the salt, cinnamon, cardamom and all spice

6) Into a bowl, combine the bread pudding and water, add in the pork mixture, chopped apples and the drained mushroom liquid

7) Pack into the hollow of the roast

8) Cover the roast with aluminum foil

9) Roast in the oven at 325 F

10) Remove the foil and add in the orange juice and honey and baste over the roast every 15 minutes

11) Roast till the meat becomes tender

12) Place the meat onto a carving board and allow to rest


13) Slice the roast and garnish with some apple slices and crisp water cress
