Hurry up Pork Hash

Ingredients

Onion 1 Medium , thinly sliced
Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Canned condensed cream of celery soup/Mushroom soup 10 1/2 Ounce (1 can)
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
Cubed cooked pork 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cubed cooked potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (about 2 medium)
Cooked peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pepper 1 Dash

Directions

MAKING

1) In a skillet, saute the onion in butter, until lightly browned.

2) Stir in the soup, milk, and Worcestershire, blend thoroughly.

3) Stir in rest of the ingredients, cook over a low heat for 10 minutes; stirring occasionally.

SERVING

4) Serve the Pork Hash imediately on serving plates.
