Barbecue Pork Roast Sandwiches

Onions 2 , chopped
Celery stalks 3 , chopped
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Pork roast 4 Pound
Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
Catsup 14 Ounce
Vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Mix With Broth From Meat To Make Liquid)


Cook pork, take off bone and shred.

Use two cups of broth and mix the remaining ingredients in the broth.

Simmer until onion and celery are almost done.

Add pork to broth mixture andd simmer for 45 min to 1 hr.

You can add more broth if needed.

Beef may be substituted for pork.
